IMPORTANT ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE:
Every year the Board appoints a Nominating Committee to nominate members for each vacancy on the Board and Supervisory Committee. The Board consists of nine members and the Supervisory Committee consists of three members. The Nominating Committee has completed its process and its recommendations for all open positions.
